On Friday 21st November a 29 year old male from Malvern has been arrested and charged for 5 x Thefts from store and 1 x Section 4a Public Order offence all taking place in the Malvern area.
In the morning an off duty Police Officer spotted the male who he knew was wanted locally for these offences. He has detained the male until officers attended, he was then arrested by PC 21403 SMITH and PC 20414 WALDRON.
In the afternoon the male was charged with the offences, he was then further arrested for being Wanted on Warrant after Failing to Appear at Court.
He remained in custody to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court this morning (Saturday 22nd November)
